I bought one pencil in bronzed, turquoise, cool green, and sky blue. So far I love them all. Wet n Wild has the 99 cents for a piece of crap image, but this is one of their gems.
For only 99 cents you can get the colorful, shimmery, or plain effects of a lo'real, cover girl, or clinique eyeliner. In other words, I rate this 10 out of 10 stars!
Some of the benefits include, long size or travel size, cheap cost great product, an abundance of colors, and its not animal tested!
